About The Role

As a Marketing Analytics & Reporting role, you’ll be responsible for developing key reports & insights to support business decisions and help formulate campaign planning & channel-wise budget allocation. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Consult with marketing stakeholders to gather relevant data, analyze trends around business objectives
  • Evolve metrics & supporting reporting automation & visualizations across all channels 
  • Generate insights by leveraging different analytics tools & techniques 
  • Perform ad-hoc diagnostics to identify opportunities for efficiencies
  • Provide timely, consistent, recurring reporting analysis
  • Monitor marketing campaigns delivery against monthly/annual targets in terms of paid users, free users etc.
  • Understand consumer data generated by the business to identify gaps in the current strategy

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute 
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrable experience in MongoDB databases 
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics & Google Data Studio 
  • Demonstrated experience of working on large data sets on MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of marketing channel attribution, measurement frameworks, key business and channel metrics.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organization skills. You will be required to work with a variety of stakeholders and teams of varying technical ability, and across a range of projects.
  • Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other stakeholders with decision making
  • Stellar problem solving and issue resolution skills with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Understanding or experience of CRMs like Clevertap
  • Understanding on the experience of MMPs like AppsFlyer 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of working in a faced paced environment 
  • Experience of working in the education sector 
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels
